Are you curious about what is involved in being a Puppy Raiser?

As part of the Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival.  We are hosting a Puppy Raising information day on 24th March 2018 from 12pm – 2pm at Monaleen GAA Club Hall.

This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the work that goes into our ‘heroes’ and how you might be able to help.  There will be a special simulation puppy class as well as the opportunity to meet Puppy Raisers with their seriously cute puppies! There will also be a presentation that will answer questions such as ‘How much support will I get?” How long does it take to train a puppy?’ ‘What happens when the pup comes in for training?’

A great Puppy Raiser is someone who is a deeply caring, giving and responsible person.

Along with these wonderful traits, we also need to make sure the following additional conditions are meet:

-An enclosed garden

-Any children in the house must be over 5

-The pup must not be left alone for more than 4 hours

Please feel free to call us to discuss any questions you may have or visit our Puppy Raising page here.
